I agree that these children were probably never reported missing.

If they are from the same family, perhaps the family relocated shortly before they went missing (or were just traveling through) so their old neighbors didn't suspect anything. The parents also might not be in touch with other relatives.

Curious about how long they have been there, gender, and all the things.

It seems it took sometime to find the others? It is possible they are not related at all? Placed there at different times?

Seems there is something that points to them not being the Skelton brothers, wondering if it is how long they've been there or LE suspecting they'd be placed there at different times?
