Interesting. So the call to remorse was in response to the victim impact statements. She was supposed to be addressing them and didn't. Used the words "these people" and never apologized or addressed them directly. Just "I wish I could have a do over" and "I wish I could take away their pain."

She just can't do it.

Not a one. Age 5 is about as far back as I can go. However, I did not grow up in a digital age where every little thing I ever did was captured and recorded for prosperity. Children today have memories as far back as birth because they've seen it all played over and over again in family movies. I wonder if her family had a video recorder when she was young? It might still have been a bit after her time as an infant/toddler. Maybe they had an 8mm camera and did home movies?

They are all gone now, off of her blog, probably along with anything else Juan could use to directly contradict her. The only blog post now is about the book about her (presumably Shanna Hogan's-sp?) and the supposed "friend" that betrayed her by buying it and reading it.

I was looking for the one where she completely bashed and trashed Travis with vitriol and hatred.

Again, she had to say SOMETHING in response to the VIS that the jury had just heard. Even she would have been able to realize this. Thing is, she didn't do it very well or very convincingly because she is NOT remorseful. At all.

In other words "Just let me say what I want them to believe, and don't interrupt me.
This way the jury gets the impression that Jodi actually had a certain amount of remorse, without Juan contradicting it with the facts."

So the DT's strategy was to demand secrecy, knowing full well they would be overturned? Meanwhile, she would get one lying "allocution" in, and then refuse to testify further. Juan wouldn't be able to cross. The DT's job is done?

Saying her dad would do and say mean things to her mom, infront of her but her mom never spoke up. She stayed loyal. He taped a picture of her when she was skinny to the fridge and the mom took it down. But he kept putting it back. Basically making it sound like her whole life, she watched her mom be emotionally and verbally abused and she did NOTHING but sit back and watch it happen.

she now admits to knowing she was a hoover dam when she left the voicemail on june 8th for travis,and that she also had to redo it several times so she would sound 'normal' really she is digging her own grave with this i think
