Does this answer your question?
Seems they not only knew of it but when asking for more info about it that the judge at the time deemed their request immaterial based on the testimony given, which as we all now know, reveals that no 🤬🤬🤬🤬 images had been discovered by either Melendez or Dworkin. In fact, I still haven't heard any testimony that any 🤬🤬🤬🤬 images have been discovered, irregardless of the fact that KN keeps referring to urls as images.

http://www.courtminutes.maricopa.gov/docs/Criminal/012010/m4047279.pdf
"Detective Michael Melendez is sworn and testifies.
Defendant’s Exhibit 1 is marked for identification and on the Court’s own motion,
received in evidence.
The witness is excused.
Based on the testimony presented,
IT IS ORDERED denying Defendant’s Renewed Request for Discovery Relating to any
and all Forensic Examinations Conducted upon any and Electronic Media."

Totally interesting, thanks. But....doesn't say which image. This hearing took place in 2010. Could MM's image have been a 2009 image? Or no?

I wish someone would just start running these pages through a scanner and let us read for ourselves.

Did she actually say "cover my tracks" (checks transcript - thanks AZ COA!), yes she did. "Cover my tracks" sure sounds like JA knew she did something "bad" and worth covering up. What happened to being in a FOG and not knowing what the hell had happened?

i read that and kind of thought....wait...she was totally denying covering up before because of her 'fauxg'

this could be interesting

So far we have heard that JA did attempt to cover her tracks of committing a heinous and cruel murder to the third degree. She is admitting to the jury that she lied to distance herself from being involved in the murder - let alone being in the State of AZ.

Why are the reporters reading the transcripts and then tweeting about what they are reading? Did they fight this fight with the CoA for their right to report the news or the right for the public to have access? Why aren't they scanning and uploading the transcripts and then reading and commenting?

She did say just that--which is another testiphony--CMJA started "covering her tracks" long before the after-murder voice message she left for Travis. :liar:

Shall we keep a running tally on the number of lies contained in this transcript? Bets on a total number of lies?

Will they change defense now? Claims that it wasn't self defense at all but that she meant to go there and kill him, but then blame it all on her mental issues? They wouldn't.. Would they?

Finally!!!!! Thanks Mike Watkiss for that screen shot of the released transcripts.

Anyone care to join me in celebrating a win for the Constitution of the United States with the release of JA's secret testimony (i.e., transcripts), as well as the knowledge that JA, a common criminal convicted of Premeditated, Cruel, Heinous or Depraved First Degree Murder, failed to manipulate the Criminal Justice System again; may she languish in her cell feeling the full weight of the kind of agony, despair, and torment she has heaped upon the Alexander family with her lies and manipulations.

Much appreciation and a toast to the AZ Supreme Court for making this happen!!! :loveyou:

:fireworks::fireworks::fireworks::fireworks:

:seeya: Joining in -- for the Constitution -- and -- the smack down to JA, her DT, and JSS !

Or not trying to look like she wasn't in AZ? Sure sounds like she's admitting premeditation.

#JodiArias DP defense has been sort of 2nd degree murder (even tho that cant happen) and her secret testimony seems to be leading there too.

Been saying that all along. No way is JA going to cop to a premeditated first degree murder for ANY reason. Mental illness or not. She is absolutely convinced that her conviction will be overturned if someone would just listen to her and believe her and that she will walk free on parole in 20 years or less. It's the only hope she has really. Which is why she needs to be sentenced to death. To get it through her mind that NO ONE believes her. And that her only hope for the future is that the DP sentence is commuted to life.

MOO

"Did your interest in photography blossom into something else?" #JodiArias: "Yes. After I moved to Palm Desert, I upgraded.I went digitial."

:facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:

Telling. And absurd. This is such a non sequitur. From a disordered mind. She doesn't understand the meaning of the question. IMO.

would that even make a difference now? surely they just can't change from i don't remember to that...who knows anymore.
shes been convicted of first degree murder and that isn't going to change. she'll die in prison one way or another

It would explain her need to keep this information secret from her supporters that bought that self defense crap.

#JodiArias: I wish I could reverse what I did and could take away all what these people are feeling that I have hurt, including Travis.

I don't know how to get transcripts from hearings... sorry.

I'm pretty sure it was MM who made the original 2008 Encase copy, according to the testimony I have found, I don't know why he would be testifying in this hearing about anything else, unless(I'm guessing here) he was saying that there was either no material difference between the 2008 copy and the one that was allegedly supplied by his dept. to Dworkin in 2009, or that he did indeed supply a copy of his 2008 copy and that it's not his job to keep track of what the DT does with the evidence supplied to them...
