I don't know that there is such a pic, I think that was speculation on how she was able to wear this tank top(possibly two together) on the last court day. Someone had said, iirc, that perhaps she had ripped the sleeves off and just did a quick sew job. I have no idea if it's true but it had been mentioned that tanks are not appropriate court attire.

The armholes are just all wrong on that brown tank top. And see how there's a black one under the brown one, with JA's jail issued grubby white bra underneath? From looking at the bizarre armholes on those tops, I believe she must have ripped sleeves of a top with sleeves. I also doubt that JA's attorneys would have provided tank tops for JA to wear in court. We know they are the ones who provide them because they have been seen going into the court with Jodi's garb in dry cleaner bags. JA usually wears long sleeves. In fact, she has a cotton long sleeved Tshirt style that would have worked very well for this purpose. Perhaps we'll never see it again? The attorneys may have issued her sleeved tops that morning as per protocol and she reinvented them in her court cell. She might have had time to do it while she was waiting for court to start. She's crafty, no?

The 2 test thing. Geff did give her 2 tests on the same day (clearly stated in BK notes, muddled in tweets).

I think JM pointing out that the 2 tests produced different results kicked off the scuffling. Geffner said something to the effect of...I can see how it looks like she changed her answers, but that's not what happened. (this during intermission: first round of sidebars, etc. )

At sidebar, JM stated his objective in displaying the questions was to make it clear that she "fooled" the test. He argued that the questions were as relevant as her responses, that he should be able to use anything already entered into evidence, and that Geffner had no legal exposure as relates to the questions being displayed in open court.

Question #14 was the one asking for an account of if and what traumatic experiences. JM stated that other questions were just as relevant and wanted them all in. JSS ruled against him and allowed in only question #14.

JA took this test 3 times. Twice with Heffner (2013) once with Samuels (2010). She answered #14 differently each time.

In 2010, with Samuels, she was going with the ninja story and so the traumatic event she listed related to a stranger and was a lie start to finish, thus invalidating the test.

If I untangled all this correctly... The first test for Geffner was meant to buttress for trial her claim of self defense. Her response on #14 included her lie about being attacked by Travis in the bathroom and killing him in self defense.

Presenting that answer in court has to be problematic, yes? On the grounds of residual doubt, if nothing else. I think that's why JSS' was concerned, and why she asked JM where he was going with his questions.

Geffner test 2. I think his explanation for having her take it twice was that the second test was to ascertain how she reported PTSD relating to the "present."

So one test tailored to backup her specific self defense claims, and the other to more broadly depict her as the victim of DV?

Given that JM's request for additional questions to be shown to the jury triggered Geffner's and the DT's theatrics, I suspect that he can demonstrate that she lied repeatedly on the test, and on specific points he can effectively demonstrate and use against her.

Whether or not JM will be allowed to ask his questions on Monday seems to me to have nothing at all to do with copyright, but maybe something to do with skirting other problems presenting the material may cause. But that's just a guess.

Thanks SO MUCH for pulling this info together. This is really important 1to get to the jury. Maybe if he can't introduce some of it now he can through DeMarte when she tears it apart.

Maybe JSS doesn't care if JA digs her own grave at this point? Besides, the DT should have covered JA up as a matter of professional courtesy and decorum. They might not have anticipated that she would show up dressed like this (I believe they supply her outfits, maybe from Goodwill?), and she surprised them both. But they had an obligation to do something about it.

I'm sure the Flores family appreciates the outpouring of sympathy and support, but they also have a right to have their privacy respected as they deal with their grief.

I suspect he doesn't know about all of his cyber friends out here and how much they've come to admire him, appreciate him, and have honest feelings of friendship and goodwill for him. If he has touched us as much as he has, I can only imagine that he's touched his friends, coworkers, and fellow church members to a far, far greater degree. I'm sure they're all taking care of him now.

He knows that WS members think the world of him. KCL kept he, and Juan reminded of just how much respect we all have for them during the guilt phase trial. Members sent gifts, candy (M&M's with cool sayings), etc. I am just learning of this tragic news, and words escape me for the moment. My thoughts are certainly of them tonight, and in the coming days. RIP Antonio.... taken far too soon.

Det. Flores was a marvel of self restraint. There must have been SO many times that he wanted to snort/laugh/bark/bang his fist during that interview. Not to mention give her a sharp reminder that she can cease and desist with the hair tossing/eyelash batting/little-girl-lost routines. Not working. One bit.

I'd still like some more information on the accident confirmed by MSM so that this is NOT some horrible rumor propagated by JA supporters. I wouldn't put it past them! They see the trial is swinging in the right direction and they might try to disrupt that momentum...

What would be the point of the defense team or JA's supporters making up a rumor like this? :sigh: KCL, Jen Trial Diaries, Court Chatter and plenty of others have directly or indirectly confirmed the new of Det. Flores' son passing. I very much doubt they would do so without having received confirmation.

Arias is the last thing on Det Flores mind right now. And Nurmi does not need him back on the stand. He needs To leave him alone. If he has a child of his own, he will.

He is a slimebag and couldn't care less - if he thinks he can take advantage of it he will.
