I'm getting confused. When did this choking incident allegedly occur?

No one seems to know, including Jodi. It's a floating date. BUT, the DT thinks that's OK anyway.

I almost--but DON'T--feel sorry for the DT. Their desperation is so obvious. They have nothing to argue and so can only recycle their previous witness testimonies that were previously shredded by JM. Next will be Fonseca, who will go on and on, essentially repeating her previous mind-reading testimony, and that too will be shredded. All the DT can do is repeat more of the same. And, btw, isn't that one definition of mental illness, the repetition of the same unsuccessful actions and expecting better results with each unsuccessful repetition?

He should be doing NONE OF THIS! He is not there to treat Jodi he is there to evaluate her. He is there to interview as many different people as he can- WITHOUT a preconceived notion in his head- along with the defendant to form a well rounded, informed (the more people the better, the more info the better), professional opinion.

No MATTER WHERE IT LEADS.

I can hardly believe this man admitted as much as he did today on the stand to both the defense and the prosecution.

Now I know why they did not want camera's in the courtroom. Law experts, psychologists, therapists, domestic violence victims and advocates alike would be having a field day with this lunacy on every media and news outlet available.

This is what happens when someone gets cocky. Both he and the murderess thought he killed it yesterday (no pun intended). He smugly assumed juan wouldn't challenge his expertise, or that Juan would have no answer for "TA deserved it." Of course Geff's 35 years of experience makes him qualified to judge the victim, while showing open disdain for Juan and Dr. D.

Oh how the tables have turned! We learned via tweets how quickly the murderess's smirk was wiped off her face, while the Geff was reduced to inappropriate giggling amid his "I don't recall that" answers.

Well it's a good thing JA found a way to cheer herself back up by attending the Shakespeare Festival 11 days after killing TA and smiling for a pic with the lead actor after the show.
