Interesting, I knew she testified on Oct 30th but didn't about her testifying on Nov 3rd :thinking:

I predict that Nurmi will motion to have JA's testimony stricken from the record since she will not continue to testify and that we will NEVER see the transcripts. That is why the judge delayed. Nurmi told the judge what he is going to do so she is going to give him the time to do it!
The jurors will them be told to "unring the bell on all of JA's prior testimony".

BK was wrong. She testified on 2 days. Still, both likely were 1/2 days.... the afternoon of Oct 30, after all the drama, and the morning of Nov. 3, before the media came stomping back in.

Mind matters was referring to her melt down after the guilty verdict. It's been reported Jodi has been medicated since the first trial and MM was speculating it was the result of her reaction after the verdict.

Problem for her, though, is that the COA has already weighed in and said , essentially, her refusal to testify in open court is NOT grounds for appeal.

She has a right to testify, but she doesn't have a right to dictate the terms under which she'll testify. Period. If she decides not to, legally, she IS voluntarily waiving her right.

Exactly, which is why she was so mad yesterday. That whole angle has been shut down. So either she completes her testimony in public or she strikes it all. Now if she had a chance to tell her whole story, she'd probably be okay striking it. Can't unring that bell as they say. And she doesn't have to subject herself to cross. But if she wasn't able to get the whole story out, she's now going to have to decide whether to continue in public and face JM for cross. While having the public scrutiny of her "story/lie".

But most maddening would be finding out it is not going to be an appeal issue. Maybe JSS did call their bluff on that to guarantee it?

She testified on Nov. 3rd as well? For some reason I don't recall that at all, shouldn't be surprised I suppose, this trial is making me lose brain cells left and right.

BK was told that by the Clerk of Court, correct? Not the judge herself? I could see the Clerk saying that as CYA mode. If I were Clerk of Court I would not release anything until I had a signed order from a judge. It looks like that signed order was filed today at 8 AM local time according to the info above. I wonder if BK or anyone else has gone back to the court and asked for them now that the clerk has a signed order?

I knew she testified two days, or a day and a half, because that following Monday after the judge cleared everyone out there was court and more secret testimony and secret testimony means Jodi.
