The only problem I have with this theory of maligning his name with computer porn is ... how would it do that?

Guys sometimes look at porn. Even good guys. I personally cannot understand why but hey, to each his own, and if a man is living a decent life I am not seeing porn as a red flag.

Child porn, however, is a whole different animal.

And women. Lots of women. 1 in 3 people watching porn right now, is a lady. I think if her goal was to malign his name, she would have from the start been like, "He didn't do anything to me! He had this porn fetish, he watched it on his laptop all the time.. but he never did anything to me that would make me kill him.". She wouldn't have let months/years gone by without trying to get that information out.

Which makes it even harder to understand how this would have maligned his name...at least enough to satisfy his killer. Maybe in the eyes of his church it would have, but if he is dead there's not really much harm done there. IMO.

Just a couple of points . . . .
1) The LDS church does not condone the use of birth control - as intercourse is for "procreation purposes" in a marriage. (hence often very large families.

2) TA & JA had agreed that "anal sex" was not as bad as vaginal sex in breaking commandments of their faith - they had anal sex the day she was baptised.
3) According to JA - she didn't see the difference as "sex is sex" but she states TA convinced her there was a difference.

I highly doubt JA could ever pull off a pregnancy scare with TA - he would know she was lying, but she could have threatened to tell his friends and other church members she was pregnant and that might be enough to get TA to tell her she was the most evil person he had ever met.

Where is the evidence that he ever got very angry with her? She tore up his car and he did not get angry with her. The only evidence of anger comes from a 12 year old and a text message which frankly speaks the truth about her.

That's another one that made absolutely no sense. The only logical explanation is she was afraid her route could be traced.

Nurmi wanted a media blackout and then proceeds to put out false info to the public. I think he was hoping some jurors would watch tv. Hes a slimeball.

My understanding is that the virus first showed up on May 28th. I think the porn was Jodi's plan A. I think Travis let Deana and other friends used his computer. Jodi knew this. I think one of his friends was suppose to find the porn and let other female friends in onTravis' dirty little secret. It would turn any of the female suitors off, and Jodi could have Travis all to herself. When plan A failed she went on to plan B.

Which is totally ridiculous. Geez, Jodi Arian pretty much lived in a car. Taking road trips I and logging hundreds and hundreds of miles all the time. In the first trial I believe the police expert stated that there was a pop-up message with a virus alert when he turned on Travis' computer. I tried to search but all that comes up is the latest information on the computer.

It appears her reasoning for LE finding porn on his computer could be that she was trying to damage his reputation even in death. We can see she is still trying to do that right now in court. jmo

That's why she did not knock....she snuck in. Played some videos she knew he liked.....then when to proxie to put porn on, and who knows what was on DVD that she could not figure out. Maybe going to porn sites with her own computer had put virus on and then she transferred it to Travis', but unintentionally as I think she just wanted to put on the porn.

She was always about "details" with her wonderful intellect and memory. I think she enjoyed the planning...just like a serial killer.

I suspect she snuck in through the doggie door more than once. And she had been in and out of that house often enough that Naps knew her...maybe he would not have made a fuss if she came through his door which he had seen her come through before. Some dogs do not bark at people they recognize coming and going and if Naps recognized JA but she had never actually played with him enough that he would be inclined to get all worked up at the sight of her, she could have snuck in without a peep out of the dog.

I have often wondered how Naps reacted to what he must have heard during the murder. I mean, there's no way that crime was a silent event. No one else was home to hear the dog but are those homes really so soundproofed that not one neighbor heard a dog carrying on--not to mention a horrific murder complete with gunshot? I know we've discussed no one hearing anything before but I still find it almost inconceivable that no one heard one single thing out of the norm.

But you have to remember, on the 2nd half of her "road trip", she was "a single woman, fresh from a slaughter of another human being".
