What are the dates that jodi originally went pro se...and had atty client priveledge with others? And what timeframe in relation to this incident? TIA

I don't recall the first time she went pro se, but this latest time was 04 Aug' 2014 if my memory is correct. You probably are referring to the first time she went pro se I think.

Neumeister shows the files modified on June 10. Then it was shut down through regular method, which dumped cache files.

Oh! So sorry. Shouldn't have opined my opinion about JSS. I forgot...

It has nothing to do with your opinion of JSS. The remedy the defense is asking for is JSS to throw out all charges against JA. JSS is not going to throw out this entire case over this issue. She will not drop the murder charges and JA will not be home for Thanksgiving over the outcome of this hearing.

Expert says when the computer is shut down Windows clears the cache. Says that's unrecoverable. that's why you never touch it.

Based on what's been filed by both parties, JM's version of events makes a lot more sense to me. I'm just saying that to keep the record clean for appeal the judge needs to let the defense try to prove their version today.

the issue will be that this is something Jodi will use as appellate material, whatever the outcome of this hearing she now has something she will use to argue her conviction is unsafe, not very professional by all those who were present and either powered up or watched as it was powered up against proper forensic protocola

If the experts can figure out exactly what happened...so what. She doesn't have a leg to stand on. imo

The state has already said it was in sleep mode when they picked it up and when it woke up an alert that the anti virus software had detected viruses popped up. They probably opened it up, it woke up and things happened and then they powered it off. Another virus attack happened that day
