The state has already said it was in sleep mode when they picked it up and when it woke up an alert that the anti virus software had detected viruses popped up. They probably opened it up, it woke up and things happened and then they powered it off. Another virus attack happened that day

On for 45 minutes, tho. If he's to be believed. Big if.

It has nothing to do with your opinion of JSS. JSS is not going to throw out this entire case over this issue. She will not drop the murder charges and JA will not be home for Thanksgiving over this hearing.

BBM - It makes me laugh that the convict's supporters actually thought that would happen. They can put away the extra place setting because she will be eating jail 'turkey' for Thanksgiving this year and for the rest of her life. :laugh:
