Well, what are the dates and was Travis out of town and CMJA home baking cookies? This computer was in a common area of the home anybody could have access to this computer. This trial is about murder not porn who cares?

At least in this case she's true to her word. Or at least her blatantly implied word. A million years ago before the trial started, when she nobly offered to plead guilty to 2nd degree murder in order to avoid a trial altogether, and to avoid causing further pain to the Alexanders by revealing bad things about Travis, and to avoid costing the taxpayers money... it was clearly just another of her attempts at blackmail. Let me plead guilty to 2nd degree murder or I will make you ALL regret it.

So would 'proper' forensic procedures demand that a computer tech setup a lab at the crime scene before that evidence is collected? Should a specialist have been summoned to handle TA's laptop (make an image with write block) rather than an officer who unplugged the laptop (thereby turning it off) and bagged the evidence? Never heard of that. We see bags of evidence including computers being removed from crime scenes all the time via news videos.
