What is so sicking about the cost: for 2.5 million I could have sewn 1.25 million flannel blankets to give to local hospitals. I could have give 2.5 million to St. Judes. I could have bought 2.5 million in groceries for the food banks. But than again CMJA would not get the chance to make t-shirts, copy drawings, start re-cycle, or just take up space on earth.

I thought I remember something about Jodi claiming were on TA's computer, can't remember if it was in an interview or trial. If before trial it might have been before she decided to go with the pedo defense.

Needless to say, I don't think this hearing was at all necessary after reading Juan's latest filing. He addresses everything. This all should be for Jodi's appeal process, not in the middle of sentencing.

That's true. But it is also true Jodi changed her story from seeing child porn on the computer to just seeing a physical pic and says she never said she saw child porn on Travis' computer and it was a misunderstanding. Even ALV and Dr. Samuels say it was a communication error. So what are we doing here? What story is the DT trying to prove? The original story Jodi says is not actually her story???

I believe Hughes said in an interview that he was able to get into Travis' emails remotely after hearing that Travis had been found dead. So could Chris have activated the viruses when he accessed Travis' email account?

Here’s something (ANOTHER thing) a little strange.

… says the search warrant was executed on June 10, at 0953 hours. The laptop WAS found in TA’s office (later testimony indicated it was in sleep mode). And the Mesa CO Police Computer Forensic Unit evidently looked at the computer and found the last activity was on June 4 at 1619 hours (email activity).

Here’s what I don’t get: This morning, BN stated TA’s computer was turned on at 0927 hours on June 10th. That almost thirty minutes before the search warrant was executed.

So it wasn't even in police/prosecution possession at the time. Can't put this on them, then.

Its like a car wreck, you can't look away.
I started watching this when Jodi took the stand, and have followed it pretty closely. I just want to see the end. At every turn there is another twist, and just when you think you can see the finish line. Here comes 3 new curves and of course that takes a month of trial, well.. Jodi style trial. Once day out of 5 with 1/2 of that day being side bars.

He would have been working on the server emails, not the ones on Travis's computer. (Same emails unless deleted at one end or the other, but located in a different place.)
