If all this is true, how is it possible that the DT didn't know about this back during the original trial. None of this is making sense to me. And, FWIW, I have to say I was always a little surprised that a single young man who likes sex had absolutely no on his computer. Just sayin'.... That said, what does it have to do with his murder and her guilt, and what does it have to do with mitigation? It in no way makes her any less culpable for what she did. IMO

Because they claimed JA was a liar about it all (the )...and it may have been what ultimately led the jurors to find her guilty of 1st degree murder. Yeah, right.

When the detectives took the phones into evidence, were the SIM cards missing? Did anyone ask JA what she did with them?

So now we know....she deleted her whole operating system. But, why is it called "external HD"

One external drive had no operating software on it. Neumeister ran tests and said there was not a trace of anything on it.

So, was it a new drive that nothing had been installed on, or one that had been used and formatted??
