Well now we all have something to be truly thankful for tomorrow!!!!


Personally I hope she was giving testimony, and that she will be called back to the stand -- even if she doesn't want to testify anymore -- and face the Terminator (JM) on cross. Whatever BS she testified to needs to be countered. IMHO you can tell juries all you want to disregard something they heard, but they will remember it.

No. We've seen Nuremeister (The one who blew up Travis eye to show a dog) or whatever return as a brilliant computer forensic analyst though. He's the one who planted - excuse me - found the . And then tried to hide what he did - excuse me - accidentally damaged the hard drive.

One Dr. Miccio-Fonseca - Sex Expert "clinic of Sexualities"
One computer "expert" hired by defense to try and get the computer (or lack thereof) into trial - but he didn't testify in front of jurors. (aka the "eye" guy)

Only JA (secret which the appeal was about) and a rather weird psychologist from CA has testified for the Def. Mr M made mincemeat of her testimony. She will be back on redirect next Tues. Can't think of anyone else. So few court days so far.

Oh yeah Steely - no mention of physical abuse yet, that is SO last year. It's all about Travis abusing Jodi emotionally by keeping her hidden in this imaginary closet. Sure he took her on vacations and introduced her to his friends, but he didn't tell them he was having intercourse with her on such and such day so yeah: ABUSE! And Jodi is now mentally ill. Very mentally ill. She has very low self esteem as well. And Travis is no longer Travis, nope. He's T-DOGG, the abuser of women and the evil spammer that fills your child's inbox with ... promotional e-mails.

Someone posted about Jodi just starting to testify about how she met Travis when she was cut off. I wonder if she'll testify for days again, like she did the last time? And I wonder: will she mention the actual murder? If so - can she really say anything about that? She can't now say that it wasn't premeditated murder can she? Will she express remorse?

So many questions. Can't wait for Dec 2nd (and beyond).

The decision Wednesday by the Arizona Court of Appeals overturns the Oct. 30 ruling by Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Sherry Stephens and suggests that the previously unidentified witness may have been Arias herself.

I saw that the ruling was in favor of the media so what happens now? Do we get to see or read the testimony soon?

Well JM pretty much destroyed any idea that JA was physically abused by TA. IIRC, nobody ever saw any bruises or such and she never took any pictures. So I can see the defense throwing that out the window. I think even trying to make that claim hurt their case.

Now it's mental anguish? If anyone suffered mental anguish it was Travis. What's this about T-DOGG? They aren't referring to him as T-DOGG in court instead of Travis are they? :facepalm: Please tell me NO!

Yes, he did and Juan also mentioned 'the witness' and said they could go forward with the witness that was already on the stand. (Meaning the secret witness aka JA.)

They are. Nurmi doesn't even say his name anymore (which now that I think about it, is very freaking offensive.). He says things like: "So what did T-Dogg say when Chris Hughes said this? Is this T-Dogg we're seeing?" Travis apparently had a split personality: Good Mormon Travis and T-Dogg.

The defense team got a copy of the harddrive and analyzed that for the first trial. Lonnie testified that no was found. They now requested that the actual harddrive be released to them and the prosecution complied. The defense is now claiming was deleted from the harddrive and are saying JM or Flores deliberately removed from it and/or allowed the harddrive to be tampered with. They are saying the found could have backed JA's testimony that TA was looking at child on such and such day. They searched for words like "teen" and "tween" and found lots of hits; they however can't exclude the fact that those hits include words like "thirteen", "between", etc.

They also didn't offer an explanation for the fact that Travis was apparently visiting websites, after death as well. (They released a list of viewing days and one date was after his murder.)

Steely, Last year during the trial the defense had an expert examine Travis' computer for or things of that nature. He found none on the computer. He has not been brought to testify this time around. Instead we have the man who saw "a killer in the eye of Travis" who found loads and loads of on the computer, including some that were done after Travis was killed. The defense had the hard drive to examine for the first trial but he apparently screwed up as well as the State's computer expert since no was found at all. This is not going to result in any kind of legal action against Juan or in favor of JA, IMO. Especially when the newest defense "computer expert" destroyed the hard drive so that his findings can not be proven or disproven.

I think it was Jodi herself. Troy Hayden said she was and that her testimony was cut off. I'm inclined to believe him..
