Virginal and naive :giggle:

I'm serious! Know you're trying to catch up (via tweets, no less) ... but one of Dr F's assertions was that, using her scientifically-sound data points, TA was the more sexually experienced and sexually assertive of the two (if I understood the Trial Twitter-verse correctly). And it was this sexualized, controlling "T-Dogg" persona that demeaned and used the less-experienced, emotionally-invested JA.

As to catching up: Probably the most significant "stuff" is the assertion of Prosecutorial Misconduct and innuendo of police misconduct arising from the latest analysis of TA's laptop. Can't hope to give you a synopsis, because ... WTF? I don't pretend to understand how both the Mesa Police and the DT's first computer expert can find ONE truth in zeroes and ones ... and the latest DT expert (remember the "reflection in the eye" guy?) can find a completely different "truth" in zeroes and ones.

The evidentiary hearing for this was released on video (no jury present ... can't tell you the date) ... and another hearing is coming up on Dec 4th. Since this will be without a jury present, I'm assuming we'll be able to actually see it. But who knows :(

What is really really curious to me is why the attention loving narcissistic sociopath Jodi Arias would not want more attention on her at this stage. Anyone have a guess?

I read somewhere that she didn't want what she had to say heard by the media? Maybe they could prove Jodi is lying. Nah that could not be it.

Speaking of Keifer, he's been conspicuously quiet today. Must be too busy consoling Nurmi. :shame:

He is away in NY for a week. Tweeted from Central Park. Beat he is pissed that he is missing all the fun.

I loved Dr. DeMarte. She was the best witness in the whole trial

I'm a huge fan, too! She's extremely articulate, poised, professional, and mindbogglingly sharp. Clever, clever, clever......I hope we see her in future trials as well! She's a great foil for JM. I hope he calls on her in other high profile cases: it will help her career.

Re: Cougarloucious....

OMG. Wait. What?? That is really her twitter name? I thought that was just you guys making fun of her...:blushing:

That handle isn't even spelled correctly if she means cougar-luscious, which she probably does. Bwahahaha!

He has integrity and passion. Everything you describe shows how much. IF you ever get the chance, Katy, please would you tell him that he has admirers from all over the world? Not admiring in an inappropriate way but as a sincere appreciation for his work and passion for justice. My sister has also watched the trial because Martinez is mesmerising. It moves me that the fight for justice for Travis Alexander is so well supported. Juan Martinez has played a huge part in that. He is a modern day hero. Nothing less. The pressure he must have been under, for so long, under intense scrutiny - hard to imagine. I hope he knows the huge affection out there for him.

I love a smart man with a passion for justice... He is a bit like a knight in a little suit & tie. His mind intrigues me and his determination is inspiring. Yes, I have a touch of Juan-fever. #notashamed #fangirl

IMO, she thrives off her"haters" so I don't believe this fact motivated her even a little bit. It was a control and manipulation game to her, classic narcissist sociopathic behavior

JA wanted to keep JM "in the closet" so he could "suffer in silence."

I think she was going for a variant of luscious and (de)licious...or a new twist on this: http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=cougarlicious

Back to case (sorry, Mods). I cannot wait for more clarification of the order released to the public today...simply delighted that the Constitution is still alive & well, even in this circus of a criminal trial.

Happy Thanksgiving to All!

If JSS allows his testimony she should be immediately removed from the bench and disbarred. JMO

The guy is claiming that Travis did a search after he died and the hard drive is irretrievable because of him. Allowing him to testify would just be infuriating. The only benefit to his testifying would be that Juan would shred him so much that he'd have red marks all over him when he left the witness stand. JMO
The DT is saying the Compaq computer was accessed after Travis' body was found and they say that the Juan and Det. Flores accessed it and deleted the "🤬🤬🤬🤬" files. That hearing was part I. Part II will be Dec. 4th. Also the "unusual" computer dude, for the Defense, had until today to turn over his "results" to the State. Don't know if he did. They first turned over a copy from some guy named Tony and then the next try it was not the whole thing. It's a MESS. lol.

Here's KN motion about all that: http://www.azcentral.com/story/news...oyed-travis-alexander-computer-abrk/18828589/

Maybe in the event of an LWOP sentence Marissa Devault and Missy Arias will be BFF's with Benefits and mutually terminate each other.

On the subject of DeMarte testifying in the Marissa Devault trial, she sure doesn't have a problem diagnosing psychopathy or antisocial personality disorder. DeMarte hedged on this in JA's last year trial, but I can't wait for her to enervate JA (poof! boohoo!) this time around with explicit data point by data point examples of psychopathy. This should be quite a sight!

No...Juan's is probably the only book I'd want to read and maybe Travis' family. But I'd probably get too upset reading their story.
---------------
Hi, for me it would be a book by Juan and no one else.

P.S. I have two Juans here! Grandson in law and Grt.grandson Juan..:loveyou:

Yes he did. He identified him in an online article. I was at the courthouse waiting for the verdict. He
had also reported that the jury had hung but in a more obtuse way (but like he already knew this). I started poking around asking the PIO and other reporters also waiting and he redacted the foreperson out of his article. But he sure did know a day before it was released...and published it, then redacted it.

Jeez. If he knew that, then there is a much bigger problem than 2009 accessed-modified-changed or deleted files on the computer of the man who was murdered in 2008. Can this be proved?

Does anyone know if we heard whether or not JM received that disk from BN today????

Sorry on my wacky phone. Yes many people saw it and there are screen grabs. I spoke w the pio, Jeff gold, beth Karas, Chris Williams and more and everyone sort of shrugged it off saying "we all have sources". But the foreman? Before a verdict? Who hung the jury? Fishy

Now the C.O.A. ruling has aerated the retrial, we should know the defense witnesses shortly. Back on August 13, the sheriff complained that he still did not have the necessary witness list due the jail. Arias was representing herself, cloaking everything and wanted her jail visits with witnesses kept secret. That didn't fly and we know one secret individual was turned away. She also told the court that she was adding & removing names. By August 29, Juan Martinez moved for sanctions against Arias because she still had not produced her witness list for the prosecution. One month later, the court sealed both the defense and the prosecution witness lists. The corner was lifted for awhile though and Js. Aiken was on a very short list. The affidavits were mentioned too. BTW, the secret jail visitor was rescheduled for a September interview and the trial was considerably delayed because of that. Keeping these moves & these figures dark is so absurd I can't even post about it any more.
