Retrial for Sentencing of Jodi Arias - 11/3/14 Hearing - Part 2

Will it be important to prove these sites were actually child sites? I noticed they were blocked out but a few of them are still readable and when I searched them the domain was not operable anymore (I couldn't read any of the ones the DT claims are clearly child sites though).

It will be important, yes. I could read all the site names (I must have more experience reading blacked-out stuff) but I'm not about to search for them!

I can't bring myself to imagine the prospect of her walking.

Whatever happens next, I absolutely do NOT believe Travis Alexander was a pedophile or had the slightest bit of interest in children that way.

I KNOW she lied about catching him that day, because I've spent dozens of hours going over the timelines and testimony relating to her ugly story. If she had to lie, how can it be true? She hacked into his computer in countless occasions. It defies believe that she wouldn't have testified about seeing him with on the computer.

But it also defies logic that anyone would do this. Why waste time framing someone who was so clearly guilty? And in such a way that you might be caught?

So, if those sites are inoperable like the ones I searched, how will they go about proving they are child sites? And if they can't, then what?

There's no merit to this and we all know it. Its a load of crap. Detective Flores would never compromise a case like this.
And I don't care if Travis had 20 computers all dedicated to . So what? This already convicted murderer, a hideous monster masquerading as a human being, stabbed him over and over, slaughtered him as he tried to helplessly crawl away, only for her to damn near cut his head off and drag his corpse to the shower, while she left his body to rot like garbage for days. All because she is a demented psychopath that couldn't handle rejection. Who does that? Why are we wasting so much time on this freakshow known as Jodi arias? It's been 6yrs of this crap. It's time to be done with this already.

I have a feeling this retrial will not be going on as planned on Wednesday. Poor Travis. My heart hurts for his family tonight. I bet they would just like to kill her themselves to get this thing over with and stop her and her defense team from continuing to slaughter their brother.

Remember a couple of months ago when JA was representing herself and her private investigator asked for and was granted being able to look at the hard drive? Off to find articles or whatever about it.

Of all the claims Jodi tried to sell during the guilt phase the one she tried the hardest to sell was the pedo claims. Even going as far to forge letters and have her mother sell them to the tabloids. Proving Travis is a pedophile seems almost as important to Jodi as saving her own sorry butt.

How does allegedly deleting files equal framing her? She wasn't framed. She did it. And even if TA did have on his computer, that would have zip zero Nada to do with his murder.

Did anyone else watch the Michael Peterson trial in NC? This reminds me of the last minute blowpoke "find" (aka the fauxpoke) choreographed right at the last minute of the trial throwing off the prosecution. It's documented in the documentary The Staircase. It was a preposterous Hail Mary that failed. This smells just the same. I put absolutely nothing past this defense team which, in my opinion, includes Michael Kiefer as an investigator by proxy, being paid by the AZ Republic.

Very good point...forgot about that. This isn't true and we all know it. I have faith that the prosecutor will be able to point out exactly how wrong it is. Bring back in the forensic IT guy and maybe an independent worker.
Nurmi knows it isn't there. But he can pretend he didn't know and say he took someone's (not sure who) word for it. The truth isn't part of the defense team strategy 9 times out of 10. Its getting their client off the hook. It's the DA office that usually wants the truth

This is the most sickening moment of this whole trial, for me at least. If she walks that will genuinely be the end of trial watching for me. Worse than FCA, given that JACK was found guilty.

The days listed are very few for thousands of visits to sites, the time stamps the sites were accessed will be important for JM to show whether or not someone could actually visit sites that often - more likely a trojan opening pop up windows or something similar, imo.

Makes me wonder if anyone along her roadtrip had the handiwork to create a virus to plant on Travis' computer. The dates of all of a sudden show up in sequence - something fishy is going on here...

I pray that they didn't. And that JM has a chance to destroy this allegation in an evidentiary hearing.

And that the evidentiary hearing is held immediately. Because one of the potential bottom lines remains a mistrial if jurors can't hang on. They've already been out for a week. How long can they be expected to stay out while this gets settled??!
