Does anyone think KN would throw this out, to left field btw, without first consulting an expert? And wouldn't this so called expert have to be the one to tell him about the deletions? How could he not have known prior to making a public accusation and legal motion, that these were malware files? In what scenario did he think this wouldn't come to light? Would he willingly set himself up to look the fool? For JA <modsnip>? To loose her on the streets to kill again? Really?

He knows Travis did not visit any pedo sites! He knows JA<modsnip> is a pathological vindictive liar! This is madness! all jmho

He merely suggests. It helps to have his lapdog, MK, leak info. Then he can backpedal later when it turns out he was 'wrong'. Meanwhile he delays and he taints and smears, always hoping for a mistrial. It's a win-win situation for him. And there is nothing and no one to stop him. Certainly not the judge.

I find it ironic Nurmi repeatedly used the word repugnant in describing the STATES behavior. Pot meet freaking kettle Nurmi ... Nurmi is as invested in drudging Travis as a pedophile as Jodi is. Now THATS repugnant!!!

Ironic that Nurmi allows the killer to spew unfounded allegations against Travis on the witness stand with NO evidence and yet when he moves on and starts defending the real perverts ie. sexual offenders, perverts as a defense att. he will demand evidence. You can be against the DP but you never have you sell your soul out for a killer Nurmi. I will be watching your future cases.IMO

Likeliest scenario, imo:

1. JA<modsnip> sent malware to TA in May.
2. She knew it was still on there when she killed him, because he accused her of putting it there and she saw the popups herself.
3. She had no interest in cleaning computer. She wanted police to find the , to dirty him.
4. Knowing she had to ditch the ninjas, she came up with a version that would cause maximum damage to TA and his family.
5. She constructed her lies around the tidbits she knew could be found...including the 12 year girl comment on the tape.
6. Nurmi did NOT believe her story. If he had, he would have found a forensics "expert" way back then and not have rested till he found the JA<modsnip> insisted was there.
