If anyone comes across that video of JA's <modsnip> parents on YouTube--please, Flag it. If enough of us flag it, YT will pull it down. Once a certain number of flags are reached, they don't even wait until some computer expert reads through our complaints. YT's program automatically deletes the video. When I flagged their latest upload, I wrote that JA <modsnip> was Convicted of First Degree Murder. This video was totally inappropriate on too many levels to contemplate. Not the least of which--it is a total insult to anyone who possesses an inkling of sense.:jail:

What I mean, can they ask for the Judge to sanction KN for falsely accusing them?

I truly think they were automatically deleted by the anti-virus program on his computer.

Talk about accidently bringing up , back in ’94 when I was diagnosed with breast cancer I wanted to know more about it. So I went to my computer planning on entering breast cancer, well all I got typed was “breast” and holy moly I could not believe what all came up! Let’s just say nothing about cancer came up. LOL and of course I looked, who wouldn’t. I find nothing wrong with finding on Travis’ computer, as long as it’s not kiddie , and I don’t believe for a second anything like that was found on Travis’ computer, I would not be surprised if CMJA had it on hers.

Lol my brother came to visit in the early 2000's... And when he left i started getting popups ...he never has been allowed on my computer since. :blushing:

Allegedly finding on his computer isn't the big deal. Allegedly finding child is the bigger deal, but the real problem is that Nurmi is accusing LE of tampering with evidence by deleting the alleged files.

The biggest deal is the allegation that LE erased the images. Which the defense is saying is exculpatory. That allegation could possible get her conviction overturned and double jeopardy would come into play. Which would allow Jodi to walk free on a technicality.

The child bit is an added bonus for
Jodi and Nurmi to completely obliterate what is left of Travis' good name. Jodi did threaten to do this to his family if she wasn't given a plea deal and this went to trial. She's made good on her threat.

For the inside? Not that I know of.....but I do clean my counter appliances on the outside probably every other day. I like for them to shine and sparkle. Most of them are stainless steel. LOL! I polish my chrome kitchen faucet everyday though. But I am the kind of nut that just likes to clean.

Ocean that's what I think happened as well I think something like Macfee or something of the like erased the images but I'm not an expert on those sorts of things. I just know that's what virus software does when it finds viruses on computers.

There is a minor who has that name that is involved in this case. Let's try to be sensitive to that minor and not go there.

Not a very exciting contribution I know, compared with the awesome sleuthing you peeps are doing on malware and anti-virus programmes, but as soon as I read the sickening motion this morning I realised they must already have an appellate lawyer on board. No way Nurmi composed this latest motion! Just compare it to his previous - this one is professionally presented; correct in spelling and grammar; with plenty of relevant citations.

As for the content, I have butterflies in my stomach, even though I know it's crap. I'm just so afraid one of their strings of spaghetti is going to stick. Poor Juan and Flores. If they survive this d*** trial without a heart attack, I'll be surprised. It's threatening to give me one.

I think there needs to be a very independent forensics analysis done on this computer, that has nothing to do with the DT and the Prosecution. AND I think that JSS needs to do order that.

I definitely DO NOT trust the Defense Team.

I totally agree. The composition of this was much more eloquent and intelligent than Nurmi's usual endeavors. Thought that while reading it. He may have had help writing it.

Nurmi cites the alleged deletions as potential mitigating evidence. As in, the reason he only abused her is that she discovered his pedophilia.

Not so subliminal mitigation- he was a violent pervert and "sexually aggressive" and deserved to die.

Further Nurmi reasoning- She's entitled to present a full mitigation case, so if he can't discuss those 1000's of files , one by one, and compare the activity to every last time they had sex, she'll be deprived of due process.
