Even if the porn is let in - how can it be an absolute that it was Travis, and Travis alone that viewed the porn.
If it was just regular porn - not illegal, adult viewing pleasure, could of been a couple thing both TA and JA were into.
That's why she is so sure it's on the computer (or she put it there on purpose)

I'm not sure it would make a difference in the guilt phase - she drove out of state to stab, shoot and almost slice his head off.
It was not a spur of the moment killing even if he did or they did look at porn. They themselves were taking pictures so they
themselves were creating pornography that very day.

I just don't get all of this from the defense - except Nurmi gets extra pay, and Jodi gets to stay in her holding cell a little longer.

Well I'm thinking that before handing them over to JM, the defense first wants to get Dr.F back on the stand to explain the dynamics of the relationship between the original copy and the clone. :smile:
