Martinez says "That's why he destroyed them," of files Neumeister said were wiped. Willmott says to look at original.

BBM. How, when eye-guy won't hand it over?

WOW!
So Incinerator didn't exist back in 2008/2009 so BN added it to a harddrive!? That's a no-no
Incinerator is used to delete things and destroy them forever. A forensic expert actually did this!??

This is huge. Unbelievable.

Willmot says that was on a working drive that Neumeister was using to do analysis. She says it has nothing to do with whether 🤬🤬🤬🤬 was found

So she's dropping the "Prosecutorial misconduct" but now going full force on the 🤬🤬🤬🤬 angle?

Someone went in the computer and attempted to delete the incinerator program...manually #jodiarias #3tvarias

Michael Kiefer ‏@michaelbkiefer · 2m2 minutes ago
Martinez shows the menu item of incinerator on clone 4. "Someone manually tried to remove the incinerator," he says.

BN trying to cover his tracks

It shows the presence of the incinerator file in the recycle.bin file. #JodiArias

Willmott objects, "it's completely not relevant".

None of this matters regarding this hearing and tampering with evidence. #JodiArias

:lol::lol::lol::lol:

Sounds like Martinez is trying to attack the basis of the accusation… By asking if Neumeister knows what he's talking about. #jodiarias

Michael Kiefer ‏@michaelbkiefer · 2m2 minutes ago
That could account for 70,000 files, Martinez says over objection from Willmott. #JodiArias

Jen's Trial Diaries ‏@TrialDiariesJ · 1m1 minute ago
Juan- What's the significance to it being recycled #jodiarias #3tvarias

William Pitts ‏@william_pitts · 2m2 minutes ago
But it sounds like his evidence to support that has nothing to do with Travis Alexander's actual hard drive… Only the copy. #jodiarias

Perry- That folder was present on drive and then deleted. There isn't any info at all, no data in the file. #jodiarias #3tvarias

Isn't this right around the time the convict filed another motion to get rid of Nurmi again?

Jen's Trial Diaries ‏@TrialDiariesJ · 2m2 minutes ago
Juan- So it could have been 70,000 files? Perry- Yes we just don't know. It was modified in the recycle bin #jodiarias #3tvarias

Oh jeez, lol. The defense gave the expert 3 different clones of the HD, all 3 were different and had live files, which could ALL be altered. How much more does the judge need to hear before she says MOTION DENIED.

I have to question whether the judge understands anything about computers. Maybe she does, but maybe the DT believes she doesn't and hopes she will make an incorrect ruling based on her lack of knowledge. She might just do that to be "on the safe side" if she doesn't understand. Hopefully though, she will get some advice from someone in the know before ruling solely to be "on the safe side."

William Pitts ‏@william_pitts · 2m2 minutes ago
And if those 70,000 files are the incinerator program, then where did neumeister get the 🤬🤬🤬🤬 links he displayed?#jodiarias

Willmott continues to object that this isn't relevant but judge is all "psschhhht..

exhibit admitted" #JodiArias

Wiillmott again points out that these things have nothing to do with the original drive, only the versions that Neumeister was working on.

This is probably why images, while proper for making copies of a hard drive if maybe wanted to restore your hard drive in another computer, are not appropriate for forensic evaluations.
I think it's just the opposite. Image copies are what are required protocol - they are condensed, write protected and can be sum checked against the original. Clones are simply copies of a drive that can be used to restore. As I suspected BN didn't have the proper equipment or software when he made his copies - they're not proper image copies and are worthless. He testified that he used a write blocker, but lives files say otherwise. That's perjury. Also that drive #5 was probably an image copy that Dworkin made for BN off of his clone in order to attempt to satisfy JM's entirely proper request. But the clone had already been changed before an image copy could be made.
I think Neumeister's work has to be tossed out, he's clearly incompetent in this realm of computer forensics.
Yep, and that's what JM has been leading to. He is not certified in this field at all, his 'work product' is unusable and they need to get another expert for court testimony.

The entire 🤬🤬🤬🤬 thing is irrelevant, So if Travis did have 🤬🤬🤬🤬 on computer she gets LWP or LWOP and if Travis didn't have 🤬🤬🤬🤬 then she gets the DP
