Trying to blame whom ever didn't 'note' that there was none. There wasn't a lot of things taken into evidence but that doesn't mean LE or the prosecution withheld it from defense. Geez Louise. :facepalm:

They are re-trying the whole case don't you know. Stuff they couldn't plant and destroy in the first trial is suddenly being considered as if it's some kind of mitigation to save 3 hole wonders life.

My thoughts exactly. All these DAYS wasted. The defense team didn't even bother to do a simple research to back up their statements that recent findings need to lead to dismissal of the death penalty.

If they had done some research, they would have known that:
A) Previous defense lawyers were in the room when the laptop was turned on
B) The phones didn't even have sim cards!

Essential things they should have known before writing their stupid motion!
