So I guess the judge doesn't care that the prosecution had no notice of this witness?

I had no idea that you could have witnesses that have not been released to 'the other side'. That does not seem fair. I thought all of that stuff had to be released up front. What do I know??? Not much.

This witness seems to have been called just to confirm Flores turned computer on and that Flores didn't tell the attys not to turn it on

Monica Lindstrom occasionally posts some answers to questions that are interesting, but yeah, not as quick or complete as Jen and is always full of opinion.
