So what I'm guessing is if this hearing ends on the prosecutions side does that mean none of the DT witnesses from here on out can talk about child ?

They probably could still talk about it since the defense does not have burden of proving anything they say. They just would be no longer able to accuse the prosecutor of wrongdoing regarding computer files. IMO.

Didn't bring the evidence with him, huh. Why is this witness at hearing unprepared? I hope he does not get a delay to go find the evidence and this nonsense has to continue til Christmas or beyond.
