The brain was so decomposed that he didn’t put it in formalin. He agrees that he testified in January, April and May, 2013. In his report, he refers to the brain that he examined. He noted in the report that he didn’t see obvious intracranial bleeding. He did not see a wound track through the brain. No obvious cerebral injury, according to the report.

Right now HLN is only doing ticker tape reporting of the same tweets we are getting, and they are a little behind. They've been discussing other stuff this morning, so I mostly have them on mute.

Mute is the only way to go with HLN. They've been covering important things like a 9 year olds letter to the Tooth Fairy saying she no longer believes in them or Santa or the Easter Bunny, oh and an apology written by the HLN legal dept for Yasmin mistakenly calling a rhino a giraffe. Unbelievable.

Yesterday they were talking to a woman who didn't wear makeup for a year and how impactful this was to her life, even though she was a perfectly okay looking woman. I couldn't anymore.

11:51 Going over the trajectory of the bullet. It goes down and then lodges in the cheek. Willmott: Wouldn’t it be difficult to get that track if the person is lying down? Horn: It wouldn’t be difficult. (NOTE from Beth: Willmott is suggesting that the gunshot was first and that the bullet path is not consistent with Arias standing over Travis and firing into his head, after dragging him back to the bathroom, and before placing him in the shower.)

11:49 With the neck wound, person would have no ability to sit up.

11:47 Horn wouldn’t expect blood in the mouth from the chest wounds.

11:42 Looking at a close up of the center chest wound. The wound below it goes into the heart at an upward trajectory.

Willmott failed to get Horn to agree that the trajectory of the bullet makes it unlikely that Alexander was laying on the ground when he was shot.
