Dr. F isn't done. I bet what's next is we hear that sure CMJA might have brought weapons and even had thoughts of killing him. But that the murder wasn't inevitable. If she was really determined, she would have just gone in and shot him. But.....he sucked her in, again, even tho she was just trying to get to Ryan. That she had sex with him against her better judgement. And then he turned on her, and in her confused depressed despair she struck back. But OMG she was horrified. Immediately. And ashamed. That's why the story of fog and subsequent lies. She was in denial, couldn't face what she had done...

My guess about what's next.

CMJA is not all smiles today because this expert is winning points with the jury. She is happy because of the trashing of TA and she is starting to re-live the murder all over again.

Not 'till after sentencing I believe...
The previous motions to have her conviction vacated were "Hail Mary's". I think that will be years down the line, long after this is over and it's a difficult hurdle. Took 10 years for Ryan Ferguson, who was wrongfully convicted.

There is no physical proof that we have seen...at least not yet. But it has been said there were other photos on the camera that have been sealed and supposedly those show sexual acts. IMO they did have sex that day and I base that on strong circumstantial evidence, i.e., I believe she used sex as a lure with all the men in her life and by then TA was hooked (and yes, conflicted about it) and not able to turn her offer down. That's IMO, and again, there is no proof of that--only basing it on how I saw their relationship and that is she was always quick to offer sex and he was too horny to say no thanks.

JA tormented and manipulated Travis while he was still among the living; tortured him to death in a most brutal fashion; was found guilty of 1st degree murder; is waiting to find out whether she will get the DP or LWOP, and she's ... laughing.

Oh so pleased to see that my feelings about JSS being biased caused such amusement! Just love being made fun of!
I don't believe JSS really even likes KN....but, her irrational fear of appeals makes her tilt more towards the defense.

Your opinion regarding JSS being biased is not uncommon on here. I don't think anyone was laughing at you. Mean-spiritness doesn't present itself often on this forum. Maybe there's been a miscommunication of sorts.

Agree completely except for one tiny thing... "Oh my bad" is probably just about the only thing this woman (who is incapable of shutting up and who lies like a rug about anything large or small) has never said. Well, except maybe sarcastically, after accidentally murdering someone.

I second that. This trial all too often has me on my high horse perched atop a soapbox, yelling to the choir.

I can't wait til Juan gets ahold of her opinions regarding ALL the premeditation. It will be interesting to see what Nurmi sidesteps in the next line of questioning.

In cross of this witness Kirk will object so often Juan won't be able to get out a full question. I'll bet.

I think it is time now for speaking objections, otherwise we may be in sidebar with every other word during cross.

The trolls object to this murder being called anything but "an incident."

It's like TA wasn't murdered at all, but simply passed away.

She did look shocked, didn't she? But she recovered nicely, as 20 minutes later she graciously forgave the jury for betraying her.

But Juan said what he received after the Tony mix-up was still not the proper hard drive.

And an expert will be able to to tell what was accessed by Travis and what was a virus attacking the computer.
