Well, dr. F played that pedo thing exactly like we thought she would. When Juan starts questioning her about the emails and texts, she'll just play dumb and say she never said he was a pedophile. But due to some clever questioning by Juan, admitted she was asked to look for evidence of Travis' pedophilia. Otherwise, why bring it up? It's part of the bit picture? Of what? That he likes to talk to minors? Um, so yeah, you were saying what you were saying you weren't saying. Lol. So good. I think the defense thought that would go very well. Make HIM imply it's pedophiliac. Again, we're not stupid and everyone and their dog got what she was implying. I swear, if Juan can pull info from a sociopath, he can handle Dr. ****le.
I don't think these attorneys coach their witnesses very well. It's like they decided it's more worth and it and it's funner to get under Juan's skin than to make sure their witnesses look good and credible in front of the jury. But a word I read often today was "flustered." After a while, that combative nature isn't funny and it doesn't look good, at all. It makes it obvious that you are taking this personally. And not giving the witness all the information she needs, bad move. But bad move on her, too. She could have learned all this stuff, if she was so inclined, dates and names and such. It was "irrelevant" to her, though. Good luck with that. I don't think she'll come out of this as bad ALV did, but the jury isn't gonna buy what she's selling. And that's the whole point.
