Wasn't it originally stated that the trial (retrial) would last until Dec 18th? I would imagine some of the jurors have out of town plans for Christmas so how is this delay of trial going to affect them? Since the jury is not sequestered, shouldn't the judge do her very best to move the trial along at a quicker pace to make sure the jury isn't on an indefinite hold?

Oh yeah.. I forgot Ms Arias is also an attorney these days while sitting at the defense table
Is he saying JA would be fine while she is standing in her shackles and prison stripes ? right
How a convicted murderer is allowed to make any demands is beyond me. What she is wearing in court is the least of her worries.
