The defense witnesses are supposed to try to sway the jury in their favor correct? That idea seems to be lost on Dr F.

If case does not finish in Dec., Nurmi wins. Then he can argue that jury was compromised over the holidays...imo

Keeping his client from DR is the only thing Nurmi can win. IMO, that's pretty much a given anyway. Jodi will never be released from prison.

Perhaps she should have just said no when she was approached by the defense then. She didn't have a problem when the questions were what she wanted to answer. But now that she has to actually explain herself she would rather be elsewhere. To bad. Hopefully this will be a lesson for her (and other defense "experts") that the money is just not worth it if it means that their credibility is going to take a hit.
