I think the main reason for Juan pointing out that she doesn't know where the penis pic came from and who sent texts is along the lines of where he was going last week, which is she didn't do her research, she wasn't really here to analyze, and didn't go beyond what she was provided to learn this case. She was given a small amount of info and was told to run with it. She is very lacking in information. And she can blame Juan all she wants, but she is a defense expert, he's the prosecutor. It's not his job to make sure she gets all her information and does her due diligence.
