If I was her, I would be reading Nurmi the riot act. And then kicking myself in the arse for not demanding that ALL information be provided to me for review. I think she's just trying to cover her own kiester at this point, but from tweets she sounds like a petulant tween, rather than a polished and objective professional.

She has testified before and she knows very well she could have asked KN for all the evidence. She didn't want to see the actual evidence. She wanted to only see the biased evidence so she could testify for Jodi and then say that Juan didn't turn anything over to her to look at. I don't fall for her shenanigans for one second. She knows it is not up to Juan to show her evidence since she isn't his witness.

JA herself also said both at different times. During her testimony on one of those numerous days she described how the paper fell in that special way that paper tends to do and floated down to the floor near/at her feet.

Sorry, I'm way behind here, but yes, you're right. This witness seems to believe that JM has documents that the defense doesn't have. When in fact the defense has copies of everything, they just chose not to give her certain things.
