Hang on a sec. JA is left handed, yes? And her "hurt finger" is on her left hand, yes? Does the writing before the 21st look the same as the writing after the 21st? In other words, if her finger was broken on the 21st by Travis wouldn't her hand writing show that in some way?

She didn't have enough time to think this up during the two days det. Flores was interogating her. And after she came up with the ninja story she was stuck with it.

No. Dr. Karps is a female that I don't believe testified at all. Did interview JA though and turned over notes to the defense.

BUT...if they do, there should be a solitary confinement sentence for some crimes. imo

No one to manipulate.
