If so, they're sorely mistaken. Older women are far more likely to have been through some seriously difficult times in their relationships and otherwise, just by virtue of having been around for longer. And they're more likely to have seen daughters, sisters, friends, etc. do so too, most likely including some real-life actual abuse, etc. Not to mention brothers, male friends and husbands being put through the ringer by vindictive, selfish, obsessive women. In short, far harder to pull the wool over their eyes.

I'm a seasoned citizen. Mom of 3 grown sons. Jodi is the stuff nightmares are made of. If the woman juror has a son.....the convict is going to death row.
