ok now we're starting to lose a juror or two...even #JodiArias looks bored.

And this is why I think Juan made it short. He made his great points and stopped.

And now with Nurmi and the witness shooting themselves in the foot with long drawn out BS it is becoming obvious they want to bore the jury to death with the hopes that if they say something a gazillion times the jury may think its true.

We are getting a jury sign they are starting to realize what the defense is trying to do. Epic Fail.
We can rely on Nurmi to never know when to stop.

Probably notes to use against her after her garbage testimony they had to digest, (then vomit)

I think Nurmi's approach is the word scramble approach geared toward a "stupid" jury. Each day of testiphony [2 last week, 2 this week, 2 scheduled next week = :notgood:; rinse and repeat] he's providing the jury with a new catch word or phrase that the jury will have to unscramble and assemble to find the complete sentence answer.

So far we have:

"slime" something or another
"T-Dogg" and something
etc.
