I'm very frightened by the jury questions and amazed that Fonseca refuses to answer questions! Judge needs to get tough on her. But, at least, she overruled Nurmi at this juncture...

I hope the jury notices she refuses to answer prosecution questions that she's been paid to answer.

She's exceedingly passive-aggressive.

Reading rhe expanded versions of some of the questions be GeeVee, I think the questions are more 50/50 now. The questions about opinions changing after the email is a good question for the state. They're saying it was early on and they may have changed their opinion after the email but never wrote about it in email. A juror who also seems to have prior knowledge of the trial.
