Small rant: just received a twitter message that my photo with Juan Martinez is being used, with me cropped out of it on two facebook pages Love for JUAN and one by Mikal Ann Simmons aka "Gypsywoman" as we referred to her in the trial. She has blocked me from both of those pages after I commented on it because apparently she's claiming he posed for it with her or some such nonsense. Katie W and I met her on the first day of trial and I"ll just be nice and say Katie had/has far greater tolerance with her than I do/did. Ok, rant over. That kind of stuff....blech.

The jury is hearing and seeing even MORE than we are- if we are this upset by the witness behavior- dare I say "professional"- imagine what the jury is thinking about this cray- cray woman. This jury IS made up of people just like you and me. I believe they GET IT- even more.

I'm sorry for typing this but is this Judge beyond incompetent? Mad at Juan for the COA's ruling? On the side of the defense? This is ABSURD!
