You know, maybe it is just my worry over how things have played out so far in this retrial but some of these questions suggest to me that there is at least one juror that is pro-Defense.

This may be jumping the gun, but should things continue in this vein, I suspect the DP is off the table with this jury.

I'm way behind trying to catch up during my daughters nap. You are right it sounds like at least one juror is buying the crap the defense is selling. But also remember maybe that one juror won't make it on the final jury.
