Funny, they say that if you don't lie, you have no problem. The truth is the truth. If you tell the truth, you will always be consistent, because it is the truth.

Funny, this professional can't remember anything she says when being crossed by JM. If she's telling the truth, there shouldn't be a problem.

I'm over-simplifying, but you get the idea.

LOL I expect her to be biased as a hired gun, but she isn't very clever at concealing it. She is making a fool of herself. Just like ALV.. JMO

the witness. He did it in the first trial. It's hard to tell without hearing what's going on. JM may feel the jury hearing her response is more helpful then her being chastised by JSS. Lawyers don't always ask questions becasue they actually need the answers. I would take the lack of a JM request as meaning he is "satisfied" with the way things are going.

I wish AZL or Gitana were here right now. Is this normal for a judge to allow a witness- especially a professional- to go this far?

I wonder if the juror wrote something that was considered to be pro-defense or pro-prosecution.
:sigh: I'm not much for prayer, but I pray for strength for Travis' family. Today has been horrible and I just know there will be more days like this.

This is what LinTX said earlier. I do hope it's the same juror!

"Just a little warning - Jenn/TrialDiaries says based on some of her previous questions, one of the jurors comes across to her as a little "off" and her questions don't always make a lot of sense. This juror is also the one that submits a lot of the questions, apparently."

c) JSS got her act together; reprimanded her; and she left in a snit.
