If I'm going to put two and two together then I'll say that this juror who submitted strange questions did/said something to show her obvious bias for the defense. This would also explain Tanisha's anger.

Or they revealed her bias to the state and that's why she's mad she's gone?

Perhaps one of her discarded questions that we didn't see got her booted.

Maybe she questioned why the judge wasn't stopping the Dr from instructing the jury... or making her answer the PT's questions.

I'm here by choice. All this has got to be a bright, entertaining spot in the jurors mandated presence. Woke 'em up. Everything else has been pretty much snooze worthy. Not that I believe the jurors are doing anything but taking their jobs seriously, but it has been kinda 'yeah...and?'

Now, Jodi has to be crossed since she was already on direct.

I agree but the expert independently instructing the jury transcends even the prosecutor. It should fall on the judge to instruct the jury to disregard the expert's statement and admonish the expert regardless of what Martinez requests. Hopefully, she did just that but the tweets don't make it very clear.

I agree with this 1,000%. Juan may be perfectly happy to let the witness be a putulant little beyotch - the furthest thing from an "expert" witness, but when the witness starts instructing the jury as to what to regard and disregard the judge HAS to step in squash that.

I wish AZL or Gitana were here right now. Is this normal for a judge to allow a witness- especially a professional- to go this far?

The judge has to go. She is incompetent. I now think there will be no death penalty by the jury and JSS will let Arias go with time served. Seriously, I believe judge is that far out of the loop. To allow witnesses to be so disrespectful is not heard of...good grief the judge is almost as scary as the witness.

ETA: I know I am out of sync and thus OT for what's now happening. Sorry. Judge just gets under my skin.
