It will be worth researching the credentials. Are they from accredited organizations? Do they have a police record? Are they highly rated in the field? Did the organizations exist for more than a year? How many of them are actually different branches of the same organization? How many of the organizations were started by Geffner? How many actually have recognizable and qualified board members/officers/managers..... What kinds of journals as he published in? Are these journals subject to peer-review? Are they in the top 20 journals in his field of expertise?
I believe you will find that Geffner's credentials are half-baked. It is very, very easy to generate credentials that sound impressive. Also, Geffner, IIRC, was censured by a judge for being unprofessionally and overly partial to a defendant (translation: guilty of BS).
