Well, I guess today should be a busy day. Finish up with whatever witnesses the DT has, then DeMarte and final prosecution witnesses tomorrow, closing arguments on Wednesday, jury deliberations and verdict on Thursday. That should have the trial finished by December 18, when Judge Stephens assured everybody it would be done. Pretty exciting.

He's a psychologist, but plays a neuropsychologist or ME on the stand. He's the one that claimed you could basically go to the mall and have a pizza with a bullet in your brain. Also the one that a judge in another trial he testified in said his testimony was completely without merit. He also burps...
