Apparently JM has never turned over the original 2008 image the DT wanted to view. Tit for tat maybe, that they haven't turned over BN's.

I think the DT has only had the 2009 image....which is identical to 2008 image. Unlike BN's copies, which are all different.

Maybe the defense would only accept their own expert being able to copy it, thus the 2009 image by Dworkin? Then when they realized 2009 differed from 2008, they now want it...

You've got 2 days, take your time. I don't see JM having this witness until first thing Wednesday, with rebuttal and jury questions for Thursday.

I think I will go make my meatballs and cabbage rolls and get them in the freezer.

Ya, but they broke the physical HD when it was in their hands....and if they "break" this one...they can say child was there...they just can't prove it. Arias will say she "saw" it.

I believe that N's father died, and that was the reason for giving him more time. FYI

Frankly I don't see why he should get any sympathy from the court. It's not the state's fault he refused multiple times to turn over what he had. This all could have been wrapped up before his dad passed away had he and the DT not stalled and ignored orders. It's like the old joke about going on trial for murdering your parents and pleading for sympathy because both your parents died.
