Is Dr. Demarte sitting at home, legs up on the sofa, with a glass of wine in her hands saying 'Bring it on!' I bet she's almost ready for trial. She was unbelievably organized in court the last time around.

From earlier....JSS is giving JM one hour tomorrow AM to interview Geffner. That's it.

She's giving JM three hours to interview BN, in January, before BN testifies. She did not order BN to turn over the encrypted HD.

JSS didn't repeat the order today, but she did order it last week. And now she wants to listen to the audio of JM's interview with BN, I'm guessing to hear whether or not he's refusing to turn over that encrypted copy. JM says he refused and JW says he didn't. Either way, JM doesn't have it yet, and unless JSS does something pretty quick, he won't have it when he interviews BN on Jan 3rd either. Hopefully JSS plans on listening to that tape after court today...assuming of course, that JW remembers to turn it over to her. <sigh>

Of course the prosecution is "out to get her". That's their job. She did after all kill Travis three different ways and was especially cruel in doing it.

IIRC, Fonseca also presents at these conferences. Quite the little cabal. Along with Wilmott!

I also still wonder why Fonseca's CV is so sketchy.

I hope JW needn't embarrass herself insisting DeMarte didn't gather enough information from Travis.

JA doesn't have PTSD. One has to have the capacity to have feelings of remorse, feel empathy for others, in order to have PTSD. JA simply has the "I will get away with murder and if I don't then I will claim I have everything under the sun to get a lighter sentence" disorder.

I live with someone with PTSD for many years...and she does NOT have it. When she claims this I get so angry for all those that really have it and are not diagnosed yet....and for those that do have it.

I don't think Travis was verbally abusive to JA....all she had to do is hang up! Why is she always being portrayed as helpless against big, bad brute Travis?
