Of course JA was "depressed with anxiety". She was busted for killing Travis, was sitting in jail, waiting for her 1st degree murder trial to begin. Duh!

It appears from the tweets that Geffner is saying the "borderline personality disorder" is skewed and her symptoms are actually trauma based. Since he is saying the MMPI is invalidated due to issues of validity but 3 years later the trauma index is showing the overarching theme to her mental process. (MOO)

Problem with this is it is 3 years later and she did experience traumatic events when she murdered Travis, got caught lying, got caught again, and again.

In 2010 the sex was just peachy but after talking with Nurmi and deciding that Travis was a sexual deviant freak, the sex suddenly turned dysfunctional. MOO!

FWIW....BK notes and tweets are pretty comparable for G's rest mony so far. She does include G's references to CMJA having an "addictive" personality. Fits into that part of the DT's story.

Question is does it have to be real trauma victimization or just what she felt to be trauma victimization...I suspect the later which kind of makes it less than a mitigating factor.
