Does anyone remember the timeline of events when Jodi went pro per and back to Nurmi and the handling of the HD's ? I am wondering when Jodi took these PTSD tests and what she might be fearful of at that time to account for anxiety & PTSD symptoms. (ie: sneaking out artwork, having 3 way phone calls, orchastrating donations, art & glasses sales, etc)

I think she was supposed to answer the questions with the mindset of before her incarceration (ie: remember back before you murdered Travis and answer it that way).

Sooooooo easy for JM to destroy all the self-reporting , subjective type testing BS.

He could do it....in his sleep , with one hand tied behind his back, a blindfold on, with no notes, after not eating for a week, on one leg.......etc.

I don't know. There was something tweeted yesterday about KN not making the decision about whether or not JA will testify...just yet. I can imagine this is the reason why. If JSS has indicated she'll hold the transcripts until he makes that decision I can see why he'll drag this out until well into next year without making that decision and getting it on record. It might require the press attorney giving her another shove to get her to release them before then?

But I don't think COA gave her a choice re: testimony. They vacated JSS ruling about both closed courtroom and about sealing testimony, adding that if JA testified in closed court, the transcripts should be unsealed. As for whether she takes the stand again, that is her choice, but they also said that decision didn't mean previous mitigation testimony from the prior record couldn't be entered and considered by the jury. That satisfies her right to present mitigation, so their option is to either testify again or find something to present from the earlier trial. As for him appealing the COA decision, JSS has already said she's not going to delay the trial for that. It's play ball or go home time...

Very true. Recall when the photos of Travis were put up on the screen and she would "sneak" looks at what she had done. Chick does NOT suffer from PTSD. She suffers from "stuck in jail, on way to prison/death row, because she got busted for her horrible crime".

I thought the same thing. But I think we'll find out that through word salad that is twitter it was probably supposed to be before "conviction". Before she was incarcerated 23/24. When she was winning popularity contests at the jail.

I am outraged at the mere thought of this lying, stabbing, manslayer claiming PTSD. This doesn't suffer from anything more than FEAR. The fear of going to prison and never getting out, and the biggest fear that one day she is led to the execution chamber. She has tried to suck the soul from anyone she is in contact with, and the sooner they put this rabid freak down, the better off everyone will be. It's just too bad she will continue with years of appeals. Some of our men and women at war are the true PTSD sufferers.... God bless them, and all other true PTSD victims. Off my rant now, but these so called "professionals" make my head numb.

I think this is based upon trauma scaling questions and Jodi said Travis was the most traumatic.

I think that is true. Travis was traumatic because he FINALLY saw her for who she was --saw the vile creature that she was. And he had finally had enough of her. That must have been very traumatic.

But Geffner is trying to sell the narrative that Travis was traumatic because he was so abusive. I hope the jury does not buy that BS.

I do recall Arias mentioning being evaluated in California. I wonder if the Yreka (or whatever jail) tested her for suicidal tendencies for their own security reasons.
