Good Morning/Afternoon all!
I haven't been clicking "thanks" after all these great posts. Just feel too crummy today to do much more than use the scroll bar. Physical therapy can be so violent! My preference would be to wait a good 3 months from the surgery, while doctors who think they know more say a couple weeks is more than enough!Pooey on them!
The only good side.......a very old auntie of mine (like 94 years old) sent me a care package that contained a Kahlua mix concoction that smelled oh so wonderful. Mixed up a bit from the "voluminous" container she sent, and HEAVEN!!

Looking at this picture after reviewing her interview with Troy, I wonder why she chooses to look so blegh in court. Is it another way to paint herself as a prude weak victim with low self esteem? She could look better if she wanted to. Dropping the glasses alone does wonders for her.

Just got home and read COA opinion. Woohoo! And may I just respond to Dr Geffner stating over and over that JA is suicidal? Dr. Geff, she tried to cut herself once while in jail and it hurt! Or so she said......so no worries about suicide. Now please move on!

Cutting your self is not suicidal....it is many things....getting the anger out of yourself is one....just like she stabbed TA because she was so angry. This is an expression of that anger.

No. I am talking about Jodi TESTIFYING in the first trial that she was going to commit suicide and when she cut herself, it hurt. (I am not making fun of those who cut themselves. I have known teenagers who do so. Very sad.) But go back to the guilt phase of the trial. She wasn't angry. She wanted to die and therefore tried but it hurt so she stopped. She was LYING!! She never cut herself!!

And by the way, She never thought about how stabbing and carving up Travis hurt him.

Per BK , the transcript will be unsealed when CMJA either takes the stand or is on record as refusing to do so.

That is not how I understood it when I read it. :thinking: What say you AZL? I'm assuming she DID start to testify... it says if she did, that they SHALL be unsealed. What am I misunderstanding. You always explain everything so well.

Ha! I meant George. I've lost my marbles, and I figure this explains why she was reading JB's book, and it allows for them to work around her 'I have no mitigating factors' spiel, about how there was no abuse in her family, etc.
Why not just use abuse from CA's family? 'I NEVER SAID SOMEONE ELSES FAMILY DIDN'T ABUSE ME!'

They've thrown everything else at the wall, I'm about at the point where I don't think I would be surprised if she actually did accuse him. I'm done thinking there is a level too low for any of this DT to sink to.
