Just a quick scroll through as I wolf down my lunch at work--

Why would someone be held back in kindergarten? Maybe things have changed since I was in kindergarten way back in the Dark Ages, but it's not exactly a demanding curriculum.

I used to work in a school as a teachers aide and as office secretary. Listened in as teachers discussed holding kids back. Kinder is considered a prime time to do so because it is not as 'humiliating for the child/parents at that stage.

Usually the reasons for holding back a kinder is immaturity/inability to follow directions/low impulse control. Usually one year adds the necessary maturity. Sometimes not. :wink:

That's what I just came looking for, transcript and to see if Juan is up yet.

It's been 24 hours judge. What are we waiting for? Obviously she's not too worried about what the COA said. Unreal.

JMO but JSS needs a serious slap down for non-compliance with the COA's ruling to unseal the Jodi Arias Mystery Witness Secret Testimony !

JMO but WHY and WHAT and WHO is JSS protecting by NOT releasing this Transcript ?

And what worries me the most for the Alexander Family and Juan is that IF -- God forbid -- IF this jury is hung, JSS will have to sentence CMJA -- and I do NOT trust her to give CMJA LWOP !

JSS's total disregard for the US Constitution and coddling of the defense team/CMJA in this Re-Trial of the Penalty Phase speaks volumes, IMO, as to how she would handle sentencing.

I trust her to give her LWOP. I think she now realizes what a mistake it was to have the first trial televised. I have no doubt that she sees just exactly who and what JA is. There are going to be appeals until the cows come home, no matter what the outcome. If not for the family's wishes, I wish she just would have taken LWOP and gone away.
