I think the jurors are going to see through a lot of this drek. They saw the crime scene photos. They know that her getting hurt feelings over being a booty call does not give her the right to slaughter Travis. jmo

I used to work in a school as a teachers aide and as office secretary. Listened in as teachers discussed holding kids back. Kinder is considered a prime time to do so because it is not as 'humiliating for the child/parents at that stage.

Usually the reasons for holding back a kinder is immaturity/inability to follow directions/low impulse control. Usually one year adds the necessary maturity. Sometimes not. :wink:

I'm sorry but I just don't think a defendant's right to a fair trial means that they can keep witnesses on the stand for days on end on the taxpayer dime saying the same thing over and over again. What is the point of having a judge in that courtroom if this is going to go on for another 4 days in a row. First Dr. F and now this.

Got home a few minutes ago and just caught up with posts. I see I didn't miss anything. Defense still spewing garbage. Jurors must be so bored, even if they take their jobs seriously. How many times can these experts rehash the same material? The jury will go into deliberation thinking of times they have been dumped by someone and will know they didn't kill anyone. They know something is off about Arias.
Problem is, will they realize something is off with Judge Stephens too? I sure hope so. She is doing justice no favors.

The Hughes and the "she's so nice" statements are all before JA's unsolicited move to Mesa a year before she murdered TA. The timeline just before the move and the year leading up to TA's death is the one that matters.
