Since the COA order the transcript released, could'nt one of the people present that day when she testified (such as TA's family memebers) make a pubilc comment about her testimony? They are not held to secrecy anymore.

If they were ordered not to talk, that order has not yet been lifted. They could make a motion to lift the order, but I bet it would be scheduled for argument Jan. 5.
