I'm laughing so hard. Ever since Juan referred to this mystery computer forensics guy as Pseudonym (what else could he call him?), others have followed suit. Karas tweeted from outside the courtroom that she saw the defense leave with a man who must have been Pseudonym.

:floorlaugh:

I agree. Any other judge would have shut down the defense team's games a long time ago. This judge is completely ineffective and is enabling the defense team to create a miscarriage of justice. I have never seen a judge with such a complete disregard for the disruption they are imposing on the jurors on a weekly basis, with absolutely no end to it in sight.

I really like your post. Especially the 'miscarriage of justice' part. thanks.

Frigga, I always love to read your posts. You are very thoughtful, and you absolutely have a gift for the written word. We all have to remember that this particular judge is probably doing her best. And even if JA had been assigned a different judge, I highly doubt things would be any different. No one has EVER had to deal with a defendant such as JA. She is manipulative and evil, and has read up on THE LAW and she knows her RIGHTS and she is protected. Unfortunately her victim, Travis Alexander had no rights or protection at all. JMO ~

Strickland? Kelley? Seidlin? Colbath? ...TBA: Stephens.

Stupid walk of SHAME!

:seeya: Any ideas on who you think this "Psuedo" person is ?

TIA !

:) I'm lost when it comes to all this computer stuff and who looked at the computer/hard-drives ... but I try to keep up with it :)

Beth posted earlier that the defense team left with a man that she did not recognize but that she presumed to be Pseudo. Since Beth did not recognize him, many folks can be ruled out

Question for AZL: BN get on the stand and states he is a forensic computer expert and we are led to believe that he was doing all the analysis. Later we find out that Mr. Pseudo is in fact the one doing the analysis and BN has no knowledge and understanding about how the analysis was done because he is just an audio video expert.Would this be an issue as to BN being truly a forensic computer expert?
Would all the cases BN has testified to as a forensic computer expert be called into question?

The theory of pseudo not wanting to testify or even be named because of his security clearance is deeply troubling. Many people with security clearances testify frequently in the open. Unless you have something to hide that would jeopardize that security clearance, like I don't know...perjury

She certainly would have recognized the PI Mr. Bond.

"security clearance" is a loosely used term.

Just to run on from your post, and our ongoing speculations - a PI would have security clearance. He would not need to be a 'computer expert' if Nurmi thought he could get away with BN claiming all the forensic work. Somehow Juan persuaded BN to release himself from that role.

Not unless Jodi is a "he", which some people have wondered about. LOL. Unless of course they can use the masculine form in a legal writing as SOP, even if the pseudonym in question isn't actually a "he"? Who's on first. I need a self imposed "time out"... I think!

Frigga, mind if I join you? I haven't been as attentive as I once was.

Maybe not. He only appeared on Nancy Grace once, IIRC. He hasn't been an out-in-the open player, other than that 15 mins. of fame.

No, because Nurmi's initial appeal to the CoA involved JA only. He tried to reference other witnesses during his argument to them, but they reminded him that they had no info. about other witnesses and that his appeal did not address them.

EXACTLY!

I said it day ONE!

Nurmi phrased everything for the COA...in such a way that he could argue for EACH & EVERY "witness" individually....as time goes on.

Then we have the Supreme Court of AZ...

Not to worry, the Supreme Court of the USofA is on the horizon.

THEN, Stephens will probably throw ALL their "suggestions" out.

Let's go with Sue D. Nimh. More human-like, I think.

"Beginning to hint?" :floorlaugh:

Given the BN <==> Blue Oyster Cult link, I'm going with Sussudio Nimh:

Okay, folks let's stop the bickering back and forth. First of all do not tell other posters how to post or criticize what they have posted. Do not get into a circular argument. Everyone has their own opinion. Don't keep rehashing the same point over and over. Move on to the next discussion. Not everyone will agree with your point of view. If you stated your post as a fact please include a link for verification.

Just calm down, take some deep breaths because none of us are happy about what happened today.

The CoA wouldn't let him get away with that though, and I doubt very much that the ASC will either.

I think the COA opinion was respectful of JSS decision, however I suspect that justice and affirmation will be swift and heavy handed in instruction secret Stephens to follow the constitution and the higher courts rulings.

Lol.

I keep seeing The Master being mentioned though. Who is that? What's that about?

I think it was in reference to BN - the computer expert that's not a computer expert.

His last name is Neimiester or something like that - miester to master?
