Looking at the glass half full....It may not seem like it at the moment, but the DT's case is very nearly over. There are no 14 new witnesses. Geffner may or may not testify about ; if and when he does, that'll be it for his direct. Pseudonym may testify, but there's no way IMO the DT would keep him on the stand for very long, and its doubtful they will make the mistake of parading clueless BN in front of the jury at all.

And that's it, save for a handful of affidavits. And OK, the possibility of JA returning to the stand. I imagine she wants her star turn there, but if she does testify, I can't believe the DT would allow her too many days- too much risk of alienating the jury and of opening herself up to a devastating cross by JM.

We're betting on when this will end, right? My bet is that JSS will rule on the many motions within one week, that the DT will take another 2 weeks to wrap up, that JM's case will last no longer than a week, and that the jury will be deliberating by the end of February.

Some good stuff there (if you can get past the typos). One aspect is really a simple question. Did Travis have all these "blockers" because he was trying to hide his habit or because he was trying to fight something that had been planted maliciously (by bad code or by JA) that he couldn't figure out how to get rid of? I'm going to guess at least a few of the jurors have been through infections where you start downloading all sort of things to try to get rid of something that has invaded your computer. Having lots of "blockers" is a sign of trying to avoid all this stuff, not to participate in it and hide from it.

I think the delays will only get worse because the defense doesn't have anything else. If they had a great mitigation case, they'd want to present it clearly and succinctly and get it to the jury. Instead, we're nearing three months in and about all they've done is present two terrible, endless, "it's all Travis's fault" witnesses.

Hey everyone, good morning  Thank you Dr. Know? for your information on JSS’ other cases. No wonder she takes her time to make any rulings. I can only imagine what all is going on in her mind. Knowing this about this judge and the fact that the murderer has already been found guilty helps me to calm down about all the BS the murderer and her “team” is doing. Hopefully there is only one nurmi she has to deal with.

I think I started the whole picking a day thing, LOL. I'm thinking 2 weeks of defense, 1 of JM, and then 1 week of "misc." But I'm figuring on no more than 2 full days per calendar week so if my math is correct that is 28 days which will take 14 weeks to complete. So that gives me April 15. I think.

:seeya: In a simple and optimistic form, this sounds wonderful, Hope ... but, Nurmi has so many coals in the fire.

1. What about Juan's opportunity to cross Arias - unless it was an unfinished 'mitigation statement' and he doesn't get to cross her?

2. Is Geffner on hold in the hopes he can add in '' to his testimony?

3. Do we have to wait for JSS' ruling on Pros. Misconduct, aka Porngate?

4. Is Sue Duh Nihm to testify in front of the jury - if he can pass Juan's test?

5. If so, are we to also wait for Someone Else to be interviewed and possibly testify?

6. Are we done with BN in the Porngate hearing?

7. If we continue with trial, will the SC decision come down in Arias' favour and cause a mistrial because a) she didn't continue in secret, and b) neither did the imaginary mitigation witnesses?

I prefer to ignore all these issues and go with your prediction. :rollercoaster:

WOW! Very interesting read! It explains everything so clearly. This article is definitely worth reading. I may be wrong, I did read the whole article, and I’m pretty sure the ONLY reference to children was “childrenvilla.com” and the article says this has nothing to do with child . I never believed Travis was a pedipholile. And I never believed if Juan Martinez found kiddie on Travis’ computer he would just ignore it. I believe the State of Arizona would never hide something like that. NO WAY! Not even for Travis. I really really hope Juan Martinez is allowed to prove the truth!

there is somuch outstanding in this case that it seems wiser for the judge to take this entire week to rule on everything one after one and put an end to this nonsense. Howmany things are outstanding right now that the judge can control/end? five?

If I'm having a particularly optimistic day then I think May 2015. On a 'Negative Nelly' day I say September 2015. Of course a mistrial is a possibility as well. I wonder how many members here are going to hang on till the end.

Also found out on that site that TA didn't sell her the BMW. She used his car to go pick up the moving van and car trolley for her Infinity, and was towing the BMW back to his house when she blew the engine.
