Jodi downloading onto Travis's computer would have just been part of her master plan to frame him and make him look bad, sort of like secretly recording phone conversations without his knowledge. I imagine she planned on using all of it against him when the time came, but her murderous side came out before she could follow through with the extortion scheme.

Of course Jodi and her DT are adamant that there is on his computer........Jodi knows that for a fact..........she put it on there herself when he wasn't home.

BBM - I agree. I bet all the files on Travis' computer are an exact match to Jodi's computer, you know the one that she completely destroyed right before she was arrested. ETA - Will JM be able to point out in front of the jury that Jodi's computer was NOT available for forensic examination because it was (conveniently) destroyed? I hope he can plant the seed that it is more than likely that anything on Travis' computer (if it really is, I just don't know anymore) could have been planted by Jodi.
